As Mizzou’s only organization specifically dedicated to helping students prepare for PA programs, the MU Pre-Physician Assistant Association serves to connect and educate students interested in pursuing healthcare. In our biweekly meetings, we hear from PA students, practicing PAs, and admissions coordinators from PA programs and learn about local healthcare opportunities. Our goal is to help students learn more about the growing PA profession and to develop students’ candidacies for PA school through our social, volunteer, shadowing, and networking opportunities.
